Exciting! We have received and are reviewing the draft “Right of Entry” (RoE) from the City of San Diego. This is a legal document we need in order to gain access to the Paradise Hills Park. Once we have this legality taken care of, we can start WEEDING and MULCHING and DIGGING and PLANTING!
